Description

You will need both a male and female plant if you want the berries. Select either a male or female plant or both.  The Mountain Pepper leaves contain more of the hot pepper oil polygodial and the associated health benefits compared to the pepperberries which are borne on the female plant.  Culinary tip:  chop the fresh leaves finely and add to any dish to give a pepper zing.
