Join Julie in the Peppermint Ridge Farm Cafe kitchen and learn how to preserve summer fruits and vegetables  into jams, chutneys and pickles. Discover how to preserve fruit using the Vacola method and basic heat sterilisation and preservation techniques. The class will be hands-on and you will work together to create the preserves you can take home. Recipes and glass jars for jam/chutney/pickles will be provided. You  will learn how to preserve your harvest using age-old techniques that work well and quickly.

Morning tea and a light lunch will be included. Take home a jar of what you produce.
