Dalveen Blue Box or Fruit Salad Tree (Eucalyptus dalveenica)

Strawberry Gum is a  rare and attractive small tree to 8 mt. with grey green leaves and large white cluster of flowers. The leaves contain a highly aromatic oil that acts as a flavour enhancer for sweet or savoury dishes. Please note that natural variations occur in oil content per plant. Please note plants can be  susceptible to fungal attack and must be treated with anti fungal spray when young.
