Native Thyme (Prostanthera incisa) tubestock

Description

Tubestock available of this small shrub with vibrant purple flowers similar to the native oregano, but the flavour is more mellow than the oregano. Highly aromatic leaves used for any dish to replace thyme, great in breads, with meat or vegetable dishes. Prune 1/3 off every year to keep a compact shape.
