Delivery of your order
- We Express Post items (plants and fresh/dried produce) at the start of the week to enable delivery before the following weekend. All other items are shipped by standard post.
- We aim to ship orders within three to five working days of receiving your order.
- Due to biosecurity regulations, we are unable to ship plants to Western Australia or Tasmania or plants (Strawberry gum, Lemon myrtle, Anise myrtle, Cinnamon Myrtle) from the Myrtacae family to South Australia
- There is a 2.25% Stripe processing fee to online sales. If you do not want to pay the processing fee, you can email info@peppermintridgefarm.com.au or call to place your order.
- Books: please contact us at info@peppermintridgefarm.com.au for orders of more than 6 books.
Refund policy
- Customers will be offered alternative dates or a full refund for any event we cancel.
- At our discretion, the following policy for cancellations made by customers applies.
- Full refund for cancellations up to 14 working days prior to the event.
- No refund for cancellations 0-13 working days prior to the event.
