Tubestock. An aromatic shrub growing to 1 mt in Victoria. Excellent flavouring herb fresh or dried. Try crisping the fresh leaves in hot butter and sprinkle over savoury dishes – delicious. Delicious with lamb and vegetables alike. Attractive grey foliage, responds to pruning.
